It is characterized by its aroma, spicy flavor and its main active ingredient, gingerol.

The gingerol in our ginger gives it a pungent yellow hue.

Turmeric also known as stick, are rhizomes of turmeric longa of 100% organic origin.

It has an aroma, spicy flavor and has curcumin as a functional component.
