We have 100% qualified personnel in each area of work in order to guarantee the good quality of our products and the productivity of the company.
We have specialized technical personnel who advise our farmers dedicated to planting toothpick, organic ginger that have organic certification, fair trade, carrying out agriculture with biodynamic bases, thus achieving optimal production, guaranteeing quality and therefore both promote sustainable agriculture for the conservation of our environment.
After we managed to expand to the international market, the need arose to hire a greater number of high-quality labor, which helped improve the economy and the standard of living of many families and helped the economic prosperity of our community.
